All donations are non-refundable. Please do not file a dispute with PayPal over a donation. You are donating to help the server. If for some reason you do not receive your rank after donating, you can post on our forums or message a staff member for assistance. We will do our best to assist you in a timely fashion.
Donations do not protect you from the rules.
